L'appartamento gode di ottima illuminazione, è in una via secondaria e quindi tranquilla.

TITTI'S NEST is an apartment for 3 o 4 people on the second floor of a three storey building, just a few hundred meters from the city center (7 minutes on foot). The apartment is very luminous and is situated in secondary and therefore quiet street. On arrival by car you will find a square which has a parking space reserved for you; for those who are interested there are also shelters for bicycles. The building was built in the 1980's. The apartment, which is of 32 square meters and with all comforts, is composed of a bathroom, a small kitchen and a room which acts as a bedroom and living room at the same time. There is also a terrace of 8 square meters.
The central heating is autonomous.

During your stay at Titti's Nest you will be totally autonomous, in an apartment which has all the services needed. You will have the possibility to cook and to rest in total relaxation.

Le NIDO DI TITTI est un monolocal, situé à la seconde plane dans un petit et confortable hôtel particulier de trois plans, à quelque centaine de mètres de Centro Historique de Sarzana (7 minutes à pied).
L'appartement jouit d'excellent éclairage, il est dans une secondaire et donc tranquille.
Il est dans une zone de récente expansion, près de tissé edilizio ancien et agricole.
Pour qui il arrive en machine est possible utiliser une confortable place avec des places machine réservées, pour qui il était intéressé est possible utiliser même des places des bici au couvert. Le hôtel particulier est d'époque récente (1980).
L'appartement a il y de 32 mq., doué de tous le confort, avec un confortable je baigne, ils cuisinent et un ambient séjour/nuit.
Il est présent, en outre, un vaste terrazzo habitable de 8 mq.
