Situata a 2 km dal borgo medievale di S. Ginesio, Villa Le Ginestre è caratterizzata da archi, pietra a vista, soffitti in travi di castagno, pavimenti in cotto e ambienti luminosi. La villa è stata recentemente oggetto di un attento restauro conservativo che ha preservato le caratteristiche più tipiche e suggestive dell’architettura rurale: finestre irregolari, archi di varia forma e dimensione, facciata in mattoni e pietra a vista. All’interno invece lo spazio è stato suddiviso in quattro appartamenti, tutti con ingresso indipendente dal giardino e collegabili tra loro. Il più panoramico, che si apre sul terrazzo ad abbracciare la vallata sottostante, è composto da soggiorno, cucina, una camera e doppi servizi. Le altre tre unità dispongono ciascuna di soggiorno, cucina, camera e bagno. All’esterno, un grande giardino con piscina completa armoniosamente la struttura. L’intero complesso può comodamente ospitare fino a 14 persone, i singoli appartamenti 4 o 6 persone.
Situated 2 km from the medieval village of San Ginesio, Villa Le Ginestre is characterized by arches, walls in stone, wooden beam ceilings, floors done in terracotta tiles and airy rooms. This large country house has recently been completely restored, maintaining all of the most typical and suggestive characteristics of rural architecture: windows of irregular shape, arches of various form and dimension, a front made in bricks and bare stone. Inside instead the space has been divided into four separated but eventually communicating apartments, all of which have an independent entrance from the garden. The most panoramic, with a terrace benefiting from a breathtaking view over the entire valley, is composed by a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms. The other three apartments all dispose of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, a vast garden and a swimming pool harmonically complete the facility. The whole building can easily accommodate up to 14 people, the single apartments 4 or 6 people.

La villa a été récemment restaurée mais on a laissé inchangées les caractéristiques plus typiques et suggestives de l’architecture: fenêtres irrégulières, arcs, murs de pierre et briques. A’ l’intérieur au contraire l’espace a été subdiviser dans quatre appartements, qui peuvent être communicants, chacun ayant entrée indépendante et accès au jardin. Le plus panoramique, qui se ouvre sur la terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée, se compose de salle de séjour, cuisine, une chambre à coucher et deux salles de bain. Les autres unités disposent chacune de salle de séjour, cuisine, chambre à coucher et salle de bain. Le vaste jardin et la piscine complètent harmonieusement la maison. L’entier villa peut loger très confortablement jusqu’à 14 personnes, les singles appartements 4 ou 6 personnes.
